Accept the

Flow

A meaningful conversation on grief with Dr. Ulisha Fraser Reese & guests,
followed by a soulful vocal journey with Blanche J.

Healing isn't about fighting or burying the pain, it's learning to navigate the natural, unpredictable waves of loss. An evening of live testimony and live music, built to hold that conversation.

Grief is a universal human experience, yet it is so often met with silence, stigma, and isolation. Accept the Flow exists to shatter that stigma — pairing the vulnerable, lived experience of keynote speakers with the healing frequency of live musical performance, inside the intimate, culturally vibrant atmosphere of DUPP&SWAT.

It's a safe space for the Charlotte community to connect, process, and find hope together — and an invitation for local partners to help carry that work.
